This high spec reno in Highbury, SA was undertaken as a ‘live in project’ and for this, took a more relaxed 18 months to complete. The end result was a fantastic 380 K uplift above the pre-reno valuation with approx 150 K spent. Completed November 2023
This high spec reno in St Georges, SA took 3 months to complete. The end result was a fantastic 280 K uplift above the purchase price with 80 K spent. Completed December 2025
This mid spec, one bedroom apartment reno at St Marys took a little over 9 weeks to complete with a cash-on-cash return of over 140%. Completed March 2025.

Purchased in September 2024, we are well under way for this 1 into 6 townhouse project.
Expected completion date: January 2026
Townhouse build 2:
Purchased in July 2023 as a buy a hold strategy. Expected completion date: May 2026
Townhouse build 3:
Acquisition for a JV partner now completed with settlement due in May 2025. Project management of a 1 into 19 townhouse site right in the heart of Mount Barker. TBA.
Townhouse build 4:
Purchased in December 2025 with a Joint Venture partner. This 1 into 4 townhouse build is in a prime location, situated minutes from Flinders Medical Centre, Flinders Uni and Marion Shopping Centre. TBA.
