This exciting 22-townhouse project is perfectly positioned in the heart of Mount Barker. Purchased in May 2025 in partnership with a funding partner, expected project completion is June 2027.

Acquired in July 2023 and on-sold in July 2025 to our builder with approved plans and permits for a stunning 7-townhouse site.
Renovations
Acquired in September 2025, this 1-into-3 renovation and subdivision was completed and sold by June 2026 with a cash-on-cash return exceeding 80%.
This mid spec, one bedroom apartment reno at St Marys took a little over 9 weeks to complete with a cash-on-cash return of over 140%. Completed March 2025.
This high spec reno in St Georges, SA took 3 months to complete. The end result was a fantastic 280 K uplift above the purchase price with 80 K spent. Completed December 2025
